Through MyAccount members can purchase tickets for most shows with reduced fees. Members can order with reduced fees by logging into MyAccount below or call the box office at 919-560-3030. As always, if you purchase tickets in person at our box office, you won't pay fees. Tell them you are a Carolina Star Member!

Member Ticket FAQ
What is a Star Member? A donation of $250 or more to our general fund automatically enrolls you in our Carolina Stars membership program at our FRIEND level. Star Members receive invitations to special events, access to premium seats not available to the general public and reduced fee online tickets ordering. More on becoming a member.
When do member tickets go on sale? Member tickets are available during our email presales. Never miss a presale by signing up for our concerts list in the "signup" box located on our homepage. Signing up for our concerts email list ensures you will always be among the first to know what shows are coming to the Carolina, but does not make you a Star Member. More on becoming a Star Member.
Where are member seats located? For each Star Series event we hold premium seats that are not available to the general public. You can only access these seats by logging into MyAccount to purchase or by calling the box office at 919.560.3030.
Are member seats guaranteed to be available? While we work to hold more member seats than we think we will need, it is possible for our allotment to sell out. However, for the vast majority of shows, members will have access to premium seating weeks and even months after a show goes on sale.
Are Members allowed to return or exchange tickets? Yes. Star Members may exchange tickets for an account credit up to 72 hours before the event.
Are Members allowed to resell tickets? No. Seats reserved for exclusive member purchase are not permitted for resale. However, members are allowed to receive an account credit up to 72 hours before the event.
I have logged into MyAccount but cannot find the show I want. Please remember that shows are in date order, meaning a show that went on sale today may be several pages into the MyAccount show listing. Please use the “next” button at the bottom of the show list to continue to look for your event. If you have looked through all of the shows and still cannot find your selection, your show may be a rental event produced by an organization other than the Carolina Theatre. Member tickets are only available for Star Series events, produced by the Carolina Theatre.
