Civil Rights Exhibit Tours Scheduled For February

Civil Rights Exhibit Durham

Civil Rights Exhibit tours are scheduled for the Carolina Theatre this February.

Members of the Carolina Theatre’s Civil Rights Exhibit Committee will host free tours of the theatre’s “Confronting Change" exhibit in February in commemoration of Black History Month. The tours will allow visitors to view the museum-style exhibit, which is dedicated to community members who helped desegregate the Carolina Theatre through protests in the early 1960s.
