Earthquake To Crack Up Carolina At Live Taping

An Earthquake is set to hit Durham this Saturday. The comedian/radio personality is holding a live taping of his comedy act during two shows scheduled for 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on June 28. Tickets are close to being sold out.

A former enlisted sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, Earthquake broke on to the comedy scene in the mid-90s on BET's ComicView and HBO's Def Comedy Jam. He's since had his own Comedy Central performance, played Jamie Foxx's Comedy Central special Laffapalooza! and recorded for HBO's One Night Stand series.'Quake has also been featured on Howard Stern's Howard TV and on the CW Network's Everybody Hates Chris.

We're not sure which network this Saturday's taping will appear on, but Earthquake's comic history makes us think it will be someplace great. Watch the video below to see him on the Arsenio Hall Show earlier this year.
